Contributed Capital Policy
The following outlines the Contributed Capital Policy:
- The Brantford Power Inc. Board of Directors adopt the Obligations for Payment of
Funds to Expansion Developers as determined and allowed by the Distribution System Code.
- In the case of expansion and if permitted by the Ontario Energy Board, any additional
funds that may become due to the developer over a three-year period from the initial payment
will be added to the payment to the developer.
