Customer Satisfaction Survey Begins October 22, 2019

Beginning on October 22, 2019, you may receive a call inviting you to participate in Brantford Power’s 2019 Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey is being conducted on behalf of Brantford Power by a widely recognized global leader in customer satisfaction management.
Randomly selected customers will be contacted by phone for a period of approximately three weeks and asked to provide answers regarding our services and their impressions of Brantford Power. The questions address the quality of information we provide, the professionalism, attitude and helpfulness of our customer care representatives, timeliness of response and accessibility, as well as a variety of other factors.
