Continuing to serve Brantford during the COVID-19 outbreak
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is evolving rapidly and the health and safety of our community and our employees remains our top priority. We are following Health Canada’s recommendations and monitoring updates from the Brant County Health Unit (BCHU).
As an essential service provider in the community, GrandBridge Energy (formerly Brantford Power) wants to assure its customers and the general public that we are committed to delivering a safe and reliable supply of electricity throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Our line crews and technicians continue to work on our infrastructure, respond to customer requests and remain ready to assist during power outages and interruptions.

Drop Box Closed
For the health and safety of our customers and our employees, and to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, GrandBridge Energy’s (formerly Brantford Power’s) drop box is closed. Doing our part to mitigate the spread of COVID-19
As noted above, GrandBridge Energy (formerly Brantford Power) has closed its drop box. We have also taken measures to implement social distancing among employees as advised by Health Canada.
Please help us keep our team safe and healthy and do not approach GrandBridge Energy employees who are working in the community to keep the lights on.
